Healthy Diet Tips:
- Choose meals and snacks that consist of no more than 300 calories and try to eat every three hours.
- Try to curtail your eating by 6:30 each night.
- Ask for a "Doggie Bag" with your order so you can half it before you begin eating. Most restaurants serve as one serving what should really be two or three. Take the other half home to Fido.
- Always include 2 cups of ice water with EVERY meal. Water should be the first thing you drink when you wake up and the last thing you drink before you go to bed.
- Never deprive your body of essential nutrients.
- Remove the word "Diet" as it refers to some form of food deprivation from your vocabulary!
